A BILL to amend and reenact section fifty-seven, article three,
chapter five-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to the continuation
of the division of purchasing within the department of
administration.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section fifty-seven, article three, chapter five-a of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 3. PURCHASING DIVISION.
§5A-3-57. Continuation of the division of purchasing.

Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the division of purchasing within the department of
administration shall continue to exist until the first day of July,
two thousand three four, unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions of that article.

of Purchasing until July 1, 2004, pursuant to the West Virginia
Sunset Law.
